"All I have done the last 30 days is, drink my water, added more green foods to my meals, avoid carbonation if at all possible and take skinny fiber. Believe me I have been a soda drinker for like Ever! and now you catch me with more water than soda. I won't fib I have one 12 oz soda in a day because I think I need it, but I never seem to finish them I reach for the water with my (straw) in it. Drinking water with a straw seems to help me consume more of it because before I realize it that water is empty.
I am down 14 pounds and12 inches all over! I have always had problems with acid reflux, insomnia and terrible headaches just to mention and sometimes walking was a challenge for me because of my knee injuries from a fall recently but as the weight comes off the better I feel.
