Add a sprig of mint to the jar--you can throw in the whole sprig or seperate.
Muddle the mint--the goal is to bruise the leaves and release their flavor but don't overdo it.
Add pineapple pieces and muddle those as well.
Add ice and then water.
Stir, cover, and refrigerate.
